Accounts and authentication
When you create an account, we store a random user ID, your verified email address, public display name and account status. Google sign-in provides the identity information needed to verify you. We do not receive your Google password. If you set a LinkAIverse password, we store a salted, one-way password hash, never the password itself. Password registration and resets require email verification; changing or resetting a password revokes existing sessions. Email codes expire after 10 minutes; verification attempts and sends are limited.
Session cookies keep you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out or revoking sessions ends access. Administrators use authenticator verification. Authenticator setup information is encrypted, and recovery codes are stored as hashes.
Saved content and community feedback
Signed-in saves and votes are associated with your account so they can synchronize across devices. Comments show your chosen display name, not your email. Administrators can review comments, reports and relevant account information to operate the community.
Visitors can also save and vote using an anonymous browser identifier in an HttpOnly cookie. These are pseudonymous browser records, not verified people. Anonymous feedback expires 180 days after the last change. Clearing cookies loses access to that identity. Existing device-only workflow plans remain on your device and are not automatically attached to a signed-in account.
You can remove saves and votes, delete your own comments, and download account data. Account deletion removes your account and saved feedback, hides your comments and ends sessions. Limited administrative records may remain for security and accountability.
Referral activity and commissions
When you choose to allow referral attribution, we remember a campaign label for up to one day to understand which promotions lead to website visits and outbound clicks. You can decline or withdraw this choice below. Unknown or unmeasured sources are not presented as verified attribution. Aggregate event counts are not unique-person counts.
We separately maintain operational click counts and brand-reported commission summaries. Purchases take place on brand websites under their own privacy policies and tracking rules. We do not collect your payment card details, process your brand purchases, or promise to know whether an individual visitor bought a subscription.
Security, service providers and international processing
Our hosting and security services process request information such as IP addresses, timestamps and browser details to deliver the site and prevent abuse. Application rate limits use keyed hashes rather than storing raw IP addresses in feedback records. We do not log passwords, verification codes or session tokens.
The site is hosted by DigitalOcean. The production server is located in the United States. Google handles Google authentication; an email delivery provider handles verification messages when email sign-in is enabled. Independent backup storage and security providers process data needed for their configured services. These services and our operator may process information outside your country.
Retention and controls
Accounts and associated content are kept while needed to provide your account. Expired sessions, verification challenges and temporary rate counters are periodically removed. Administrative audit logs and aggregate activity are retained for up to 180 days. Commission reports are kept for business reconciliation and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Deleted information can remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups expire. If a backup is restored, deletion requests must be reapplied. Ask us about access, correction, deletion, export, objection or other rights that apply to your location. We may need to verify you before acting.
Email newsletter
We add you to the weekly LinkAIverse newsletter only when you enter your email, tick the consent box, and confirm the message sent to your inbox. Brevo processes the address and confirmation for delivery. Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link. Creating an account does not subscribe you.
